Today's blog title comes directly from a painting of cardinals by Heidi Holloway that sold some time ago, but it was so punny we couldn't resist! Certainly there is lots of cardinal love everywhere you look in the gallery right now! These birds brighten up any day if you are lucky enough to have one visit you, but we all especially think of them in the winter months. The bright colours and songs are joyful- they can be quite the characters.

Many people believe when a cardinal lands in your yard, an angel is near. Cardinals can remind you of a departed loved one and are known as the most notable spiritual messenger.This hand etched glass ornament and sun catcher by artist Jill Babcock adds sparkle to any time of year.
This acrylic painting by Raquel Roth is called "Cupid" and would make a wonderful painting for someone you love very much! We love the backgrounds that Raquel create's for her subjects. They almost have a vintage vibe or are timeless in some way.
Like the rest of us, cardinals can be goofy and silly at times, like this darling one made from a repurposed baby show by Kim Danio. Currently this guy is hanging out in our gallery Christmas tree but would happily fly to yours!
