A walk through the garden with Catherine Bagnell Styles

 Today from 5-7pm we are hosting the opening for Catherine Bagnell Styles' new show In My Garden.

Everyone is welcome! 

"My garden is messy and cottage-like. As in the garden itself, I’m not interested in perfection in my paintings. I want them to feel alive and a little wild—not carefully posed as if for a photoshoot, but caught in the midst of growing, blooming, and changing. My mother taught me how to garden, and her presence runs throughout this show. These paintings are portraits of plants, but they are also portraits of place, memory, and connection. They celebrate the beauty of what is grown, shared, and passed on—from one season to the next, and from one generation to another."
