Today's HIGH NOON featured work is by an artist from many many years ago..like 14 years ago? We didn't even think we had this work, but it's by Eryn O'Neill. It's a cool perspective from Citadel Hill. The artist used to live not far from there and travel up and down the hill almost daily.
